Deadpool

I've just spotted some info about the new Wolverine movie that will be out next year some time. Apparently the movie is going to feature Ryan Reynolds playing the mercenary character known as Deadpool, and I assume they got Reynolds because he is good with being a wise-cracking ass, just like Deadpool.

But how can you put a character in a movie, when the character KNOWS HE IS IN A COMIC! Deadpool has the distinct ability to realise that he lives in a world that is a comic, and frequently makes comments about it. Hell, he has even commented on the yellow thought and speech bubbles that are associated with him.

Are they going to just have this character in the middle of the movie saying things like "where are my little yellow boxes?" or "who the hell are all those people sitting in that large dark room?" whilst staring at the camera.

It should be interesting. Quite interesting.
